My calling to yoga began after experiencing multiple injuries to my shoulder from playing sports growing up and I wanted to find a source of rehab. Yoga was very healing for me and I fell in love with the physical, mental, & spiritual aspects. My goal is to provide accessible yoga to help with physical health and mental wellness, through a calm and safe setting. Currently, I offer private and group yoga classes, sound baths and wellness workshops both virtually and in-person.

The Official Stuff:

  • Certified Yoga Instructor, Completed 200 Hr Teacher Training at the Vinyasa Yoga School in Goa, India in 2017.

  • Trauma Informed Yoga Certified through Yoga Behind Bars 2020 & Prison Yoga Project 2019.

  • Currently teaches at YogaSix in Mercer Island (Hot Yoga, Sculpt & Flow, Restore, Power, Slow Flow, & 101).

  • Leads Sound Bath Meditations for Meta/Facebook in the Greater Seattle Area.

  • Volunteer Mentor with Yoga Behind Bars, leading & guiding Trauma Informed Yoga to incarcerated youth.

I've been there too! I remember feeling lost looking around the room like I'm doing everything wrong. The beautiful thing about yoga is that it is a practice that takes time. It is not about the destination but the journey that takes you there. You will have days that you progress/regress but showing up for yourself is the key to building that journey.
